As of today, I have completed 9 yoga classes in 9 days. That means I'm halfway to my goal of 18 classes in 21 days. And I cannot believe my unstoppableness!
If you've never done yoga, you might think it is soft music, gentle stretching, and maybe some chanting. And maybe it is, somewhere. But at the studio where I go, the rooms are heated to around 94 degrees, and the workouts are intense. Basically, it's hard, and getting up at 5am to get to class at 6 is hard, but it's worth it. I feel stronger, calmer, and more focused.
I'm not bragging. I'm just saying that I love yoga, and I'm amazed at what my flabtastic body can do when I put my mind to something!
