The Knit-It Kit: 10 Fun Beginning Knitting Projects. No yarn or needles and no gift box; just the super-cute instruction book and project cards. You know you want to make leg warmers!

Avi's latest book, Murder at Midnight. The cover says it's for ages 9-12, but I'm 32 and I liked it. These are actually advance reader copies, so they're softcover and may have a few typos. Get ready for a good mystery!

I'd love the knitting kit. I always think those would be a great way to try knitting out, but I never buy one for myself. :)
Um... I gave knitting up for lent. But Annie taught Macie to knit at Christmas. She is making a scarf and loves it. She tries to knit at least three rows a night...this is going to take awhile... PS she loves mysteries. So I am not entering...Macie is.
